Role Overview

We are looking for an SMM Manager to take full ownership of ARC Trading’s Twitter account and directly contribute to sales growth.

This is a hybrid role:

  • 50% SMM: content creation, community engagement, and brand positioning.

  • 50% Sales via Twitter: building relationships and generating leads by actively engaging with projects, competitors, and communities through strategic comments, DMs, and outreach.

Your main goal will be to grow our Twitter presence organically, generate inbound interest, and convert community interactions into actual business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content for Twitter.

  • Develop a consistent brand voice and messaging strategy.

  • Monitor crypto trends, competitors, and relevant news to create timely content.

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize growth strategy.

Sales & Lead Generation via Twitter:

  • Actively engage with crypto communities and influencers through comments and threads.

  • Identify potential clients by monitoring competitor accounts and industry hashtags.

  • Start conversations and nurture relationships that lead to business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert Twitter interactions into qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Twitter growth and community management, ideally in crypto or Web3.

  • Strong understanding of crypto culture, memes, and industry trends.

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Sales or business development experience is a strong plus.
