About Us:

Work with our international IT team in a role that combines clear structure, stability, and supportive colleagues. We are looking for a caring Office Manager to be the cornerstone of our operations and culture in Armenia. You will be the go-to person ensuring our office runs seamlessly and our team feels supported and valued.

Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations & Facilities Management:

  • Ensure daily office operations run smoothly: supplies, equipment, consumables ordering and stock control.

  • Maintain office environment, furniture, plants and basic equipment servicing.

  • Liaise with business-center staff on security, parking and workplace comfort.

  • Coordinate third-party vendors (cleaning, security, repairs, catering) and manage SLA requests.

  • Administrative & Financial Support:

  • Maintain monthly office expenses budget, process invoices and expense claims in coordination with accounting.

  • Manage office documentation and filing (physical and electronic).

  • Coordinate with lawyers and accountants for requests and document exchange.

  • Support system administrators with physical security (badge access, asset security).

  • Provide general support to the management team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

  • People & Communication:

  • Support onboarding/offboarding (equipment issuance, workspace setup, access provisioning).

  • Greet visitors, organize meetings and manage meeting rooms.

  • Handle incoming calls, mail and correspondence.

  • Keep the team informed about important news and office events.

  • Events & culture

  • Assist PR Team in organizing local (Armenian) and online corporate events.

  • Support initiatives that strengthen corporate culture.

  • Foster a culture of open and transparent communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar roles.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a precise approach to documentation.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); comfortable operating printers/scanners and basic office tech.

  • Excellent communication and collaborative attitude.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Language Skills:

  • Armenian: Native/Fluent

  • English: Professional working proficiency (B2+)

  • Russian: Professional working proficiency (B2+)

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in office administration, preferably in IT or in a small company.

  • Experience with design tools like Canva for creating internal communications.

  • Familiarity with the Armenian national e-invoicing and tax reporting systems.

  • Understanding the importance of building and maintaining a positive corporate culture.
