Job Vacancy: Remote Business Assistant / Project Coordinator
About Us
We are an international subscription-based service helping entrepreneurs and executives delegate their daily tasks. Our assistants work remotely, handling routine and organizational work so clients can focus on strategy and growth.
We currently operate in Kazakhstan and the UAE and are expanding our team.
Responsibilities
Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings and calls.
Track tasks and deadlines in Notion.
Work with documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Handle correspondence and calls with clients/partners (in Russian and English).
Solve administrative and organizational issues.
Requirements
Previous experience as an executive assistant / administrator / project coordinator / office manager.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under multitasking and deadlines.
Advanced Notion skills (mandatory).
English proficiency C1 or higher (both written and spoken).
Confident in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Conditions
Remote work (from anywhere).
Full-time — 9 hours/day.
Salary: $500–700/month (depending on interview results).
