💼 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will take ownership of the development and scaling of our digital products. Your mission is to manage the product end-to-end: from strategy and planning to release and optimization — creating long-term value for millions of users worldwide.

🔧 Responsibilities

Manage the product backlog: prioritize tasks, define requirements, write user stories

Contribute to building and evolving the product strategy and roadmap together with leadership

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

Collect user feedback and translate it into product hypotheses

Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely releases

Use product metrics and analytics (Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.) to evaluate release performance and inform decisions

Participate in launching and improving new features, optimizing the product portfolio

Monitor release quality and implement continuous improvement processes

📩 Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner

Proven track record in managing IT products (B2C)

Strong understanding of the full product development cycle and international markets

Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)

Experience working with key metrics: DAU/MAU, retention, churn, LTV, unit economics

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
