Direct Customer Success Manager

Location: Dubai

We are currently looking for a Direct Customer Success Manager based in Istanbul who is ready to build strong, lasting relationships with our residents and provide them with support on financial matters.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Financial Support for Residents

• Responding to resident inquiries regarding payments and rental terms

• Notifying residents of upcoming payments and sending reminders

• Managing overdue accounts in a tactful and effective manner

2. Resident Care

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and helping residents stay with us long-term

• Increasing tenant loyalty and managing contract renewal processes

• Handling documentation — from move-in to move-out

• Organizing and supporting smooth and comfortable move-outs

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections with tact and confidence

• Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss and always finish what you start

• Critical thinking and a results-driven mindset — you stay calm under pressure and find smart solutions in complex situations

• High stress tolerance and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in sales or customer service — especially if you’ve supported clients post-sale

• Strong time management skills — you’re organized and always on top of your tasks

• English at B2 level or higher

It would be a plus if you also:

• Speak Turkish

• Speak Russian
