Uzum is the leading tech ecosystem in Uzbekistan, rapidly expanding its global presence and attracting international investment.
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Co-Founder and CBDO at Uzum.
Your primary mission will be to ensure seamless coordination with international investors, from preparing presentation materials to managing complex global logistics.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Strategic Gatekeeper & Enabler: Proactively manage a complex, ever-evolving calendar, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritization of key strategic engagements.
- Drive Meeting Excellence: Lead the end-to-end process for high-stakes business meetings—from preparation and note-taking to meticulous follow-up on action items, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Become a Global Logistics Expert: Seamlessly orchestrate intricate international travel, including visas, accommodations, and a comprehensive itinerary, providing seamless support anywhere in the world.
- Craft Powerful Narratives: Transform ideas and key points into compelling, professional presentations and materials for investors and partners.
- Be the Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing polished and effective correspondence in both Russian and English with our global network.
- Solve Problems Proactively: Confidently handle a wide range of both professional tasks and personal assignments (approximately 60/40 split), demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach and sound judgment in all situations.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven PA/EA with 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a dynamic, international environment, ideally from banking, investment funds, or top-tier consulting.
- Fluent English and Russian is a must (С1) is essential for daily communication with global stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with strong skills in: MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel are a must), Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar), Slack, and Miro.
- An exceptional planner with outstanding multi-tasking abilities and a proven track record of working effectively under pressure.
- High flexibility, stress-resistance, and a resourceful approach to solving non-standard tasks.
- Impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, sharp-minded individual who anticipates needs and takes initiative without being asked.
