Keydev is on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer (L2) with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills to join our Application Support Team.
Responsibilities:
- Be an active member of the Application Support team, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of production systems.
- Perform on-call and scheduled duties, promptly responding to incidents and service disruptions.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to services within the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, system administrators, SRE, and development teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation to support operational processes and knowledge sharing.
- Take an active part in the team’s daily operations, fostering effective communication and seamless collaboration across teams.
- Continuously improve existing tools and processes, driving automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Advanced Linux user (confident with command-line tools).
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins).
- Proficiency in diagnostic and debugging tools in Linux environments.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Experience with Docker.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana).
- Experience with logging tools (ELK / OpenSearch / Loki stacks).
- Strong understanding of the importance of metrics, logs, and alerts.
- Basic understanding of container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Rancher).
Nice to Have:
- Previous L1/L2 support experience.
- Experience working in a 24/7 shift schedule environment.
