Keydev is on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer (L2) with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills to join our Application Support Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an active member of the Application Support team, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of production systems.
  • Perform on-call and scheduled duties, promptly responding to incidents and service disruptions.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to services within the area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps, system administrators, SRE, and development teams to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation to support operational processes and knowledge sharing.
  • Take an active part in the team’s daily operations, fostering effective communication and seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Continuously improve existing tools and processes, driving automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Linux user (confident with command-line tools).
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Proficiency in diagnostic and debugging tools in Linux environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana).
  • Experience with logging tools (ELK / OpenSearch / Loki stacks).
  • Strong understanding of the importance of metrics, logs, and alerts.
  • Basic understanding of container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Rancher).

Nice to Have:

  • Previous L1/L2 support experience.
  • Experience working in a 24/7 shift schedule environment.
