Analyze marketing performance across different directions and channels, identifying what works and what doesn’t.
-
Create and optimize process systems in Notion.
-
Coordinate communication between creative, analytical, and technical team members.
-
Manage team dynamics — guide strong personalities, resolve internal conflicts, and maintain a positive, result-oriented environment.
-
Learn fast — we have multiple marketing streams (Google Ads, content, analytics, automation, etc.), and you’ll need to understand them on a working level.
Requirements
-
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, metrics, and reports.
-
Experience using Notion or similar tools for managing projects and teams.
-
Basic knowledge of Google Ads or other advertising platforms.
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Emotionally intelligent and highly conflict-resistant — able to stay balanced, objective, and professional in any situation.
-
Fast learner, adaptable to new systems and directions.

Experience in performance marketing or data-driven environments.
-
Understanding of unit economics — ability to see how marketing affects real business profitability.
