Our client is a fintech company specializing in microloans, so experience in banking or fintech, as well as experience in assessing clients’ creditworthiness, will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ML solutions based on project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, DevOps) to ensure seamless integration and deployment
- Optimize model performance and troubleshoot issues in a production environment
- Communicate progress and challenges with stakeholders in English
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Python (data structures, debugging, optimization)
- Experience with core ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Solid mathematical background (linear algebra, probability, statistics)
- Familiarity with classic ML algorithms (regression, classification, tree-based models)
- Data preprocessing and feature engineering (pandas, NumPy)
- Basic production deployment (containerization, REST APIs, version control)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
- Advanced deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs)
