What You’ll Do
- Conduct onboarding and trial calls with clients after the sales team handoff
- Actively help clients complete their trial period and convert to monthly subscriptions
- Support clients post-launch: customer development, upsells, renewals
- Communicate with clients via chats and video calls
- Manage relationships with key accounts
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 30–50 active clients after onboarding
What We Expect
- 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong spoken English (most clients are international)
- Experience working with B2B SaaS clients
- Ability to build trust, handle objections, and upsell
