Responsibilities
- Create and own the global digital strategy for driver acquisition.
- Scale digital driver acquisition channels while keeping DAC under control.
- Drive incremental growth without cannibalizing organic traffic.
- Build strong collaboration with regional digital marketing managers and driver operations teams, making sure plans and execution are aligned.
- Design and run A/B tests across channels, creatives, targeting, and optimization and confidently scale what works.
- Keep experiments and creative rotations flowing, together with Creative and Marketing teams.
- Make results clear and transparent for all driver teams.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
- Solid understanding of major paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, ASA, TikTok, etc).
- Experience with mobile apps and app specific marketing.
- Good knowledge of mobile attribution and analytics, plus hands on experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and platforms like Firebase.
- Practical experience designing and analyzing UA tests.
- Data driven mindset and strong analytical skills (youll be testing, learning, and scaling a lot!)
- Strong project management skills (youll be driving plenty of cross functional collaboration)
- English at Upper Intermediate level or higher (our teams are truly global, and most meetings are in English).
