Duties:

  • Achieve service sales targets including orders, market goals, revenue, and profit.

  • Act as the primary owner of service customer satisfaction management, ensuring effective customer communication and relationship maintenance.

  • Identify customer needs and pain points to support customized service solution development and delivery.

  • Cooperate closely with Product Solution and Delivery & Service teams to support product sales and expand service sales scale.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for customers on service solutions.

  • Organize marketing activities to explore market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Background in Bidding, Procurement, or Project Delivery is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of telecommunications (2G/3G/4G/5G), Datacom (Switches, Routers), or IT domain (Servers, Storage).

  • Knowledge of bidding procedures, documentation structure, task division, and price design.

  • Project management skills including planning, progress monitoring, and closure.

  • Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.

  • Understanding of Data Center Solutions is a plus.

  • Fast learning, self-management, strong organizational and communication abilities, responsibility, proactivity, flexibility, analytical thinking, and result orientation.

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
