Key responsibilities:

Client and account management: Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales activities: Conduct direct sales efforts, including face-to-face calls, phone calls, and attending sales events, to secure new transient and group business.

Lead generation: Identify, solicit, and convert new business opportunities and leads from corporate and leisure markets.
Candidate profile:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role in 5* and luxury propertiesA high school diploma or GED is typically required, with 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficiency with sales systems and CRM software is a plus
- Languages proficiency is a must: Uzbek, English, and Russian
- Soft skills:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A focus on customer service and creating positive experiences.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
