We are looking for a dynamic and business-minded Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury spa. The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with a passion for wellness and a proven track record of managing staff, driving sales, and creating an exceptional, relaxing environment for guests

Key responsibilities

  • Operational leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring seamless guest flow and efficient service delivery.
  • Team management and development:
    • Recruit, interview, hire, and train a high-performing team of spa professionals.
    • Create employee schedules, manage payroll budgets, and monitor performance to maintain high service standards.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and support to motivate staff and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Financial oversight:
    • Develop and manage the spa's budget, track expenses, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
    • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Retail and marketing:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and special packages.
    • Manage the inventory of retail products and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and effective merchandising.
  • Guest experience:
    • Build strong relationships with guests to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Promptly and professionally resolve any guest complaints or issues with diplomacy.
  • Compliance and safety:
    • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
    • Oversee facility maintenance and the proper functioning of all spa equipment

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving revenue and managing a team.
  • Business acumen: Strong financial and retail management skills, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and retail products
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team and interact with guests.
