Key responsibilities
- Deliver luxury treatments: Perform a variety of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other wellness therapies, in accordance with the hotel's 5-star standards.
- Personalized guest care: Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their needs, note any contraindications (allergies, health conditions), and provide a customized treatment plan.
- Maintain ambiance and hygiene: Arrange and maintain a clean, tranquil, and hygienic treatment room and workstation at all times. Ensure all equipment is sanitized between guests to uphold the highest safety standards.
- Drive retail sales: Educate guests on our spa's exclusive product lines and recommend aftercare products and future treatments to enhance their wellness journey and meet retail sales goals.
- Uphold service standards: Ensure the highest level of professionalism and customer service, from the initial greeting to post-treatment follow-up. Answer guest questions knowledgeably and handle any concerns with discretion and a positive attitude.
Candidate profile:
- Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a 5-star hotel, resort, or other luxury wellness setting.
- Technical expertise: Proven hands-on experience and certification in various massage techniques, body treatments, and facials.
- Licensing: Possess a current and valid license or certification in massage therapy, cosmetology, or aesthetics.
