We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Ground Support Sales Manager with experience in the mining or related heavy-industry sector. In this role, you will drive sales of ground support solutions across your territory, support field operations, and build strong customer relationships to generate sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell ground support products within the assigned territory (CIS region), striving to meet and exceed sales targets.

Develop a comprehensive sales plan and strategy for your region, including both existing clients and new prospects.

Retain and deepen business relationships with current customers, while actively pursuing new sales opportunities.

Act as the primary liaison between external clients and internal departments, ensuring a seamless sales process.

Anticipate and understand customer needs; match product offerings to deliver maximum value and profitability.

Pursue sales leads; visit existing and prospective clients of strategic importance; assess client requirements; present and demonstrate products; negotiate pricing and delivery terms; finalize orders.

Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to product, marketing, and sales management.

Participate in technical trials, product demonstrations, and on-site field testing.

Take ownership of your sales pipeline and strategy; organize, prioritize, and schedule your activities to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Requirements

Proven sales or sales support experience in the mining, construction or relevant technical industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively and visit client sites (mine sites, quarries, etc.).

Valid driver’s license and mobility for frequent travel.

Proficiency with digital tools and sales processes; ability to apply appropriate methods, tools, and systems.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to quickly learn and understand clients’ business processes and requirements.
