Responsibilities:

✅ Interaction with current and seek potential SMS providers in various regions upon request.

✅ Regularly engaging with providers regarding compliance with regulatory norms.

✅ Collaboration with SMS providers to identify and rectify potential errors in the services provided.

✅ Preparing data for contracts.

✅ Internal communication with various departments regarding SMS matters.

✅ Complication various reports as requested by the manager.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar position.

✅ Experience working with external providers.

✅ Experience in conducting business correspondence in English (email, messengers, Skype).

✅ Strong communication skills, autonomy, ability to gather information independently, and work autonomously.

✅ Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus).

✅ Experience in service integrations via APIs (a plus).

✅ Fluency Russian and English will be must.
