We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our Group Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, integrations, and the enterprise data platform (DWH) that supports business processes across Finance, Logistics, HR, PLM, and partner integrations.
We expect a strong command of SQL, hands-on ETL/ELT experience, and the ability to design scalable data solutions for a distributed international organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes for Finance, HR, Logistics, PLM, and partner integrations.

Build and optimize data pipelines (SQL, Airflow, Python) for both structured and unstructured data.
 -  
Develop and maintain the enterprise data warehouse (MS SQL Server) using best practices in data modeling (Kimball, Data Vault).
 -  
Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP IT4Profit, IBM DB2, partner APIs, 3PL providers, CSV/XLSX/XML/JSON).
 -  
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, HR, PLM) to analyze requirements and implement technical solutions.
 -  
Support and enhance microservices and API integrations.
 -  
Ensure data quality, consistency, and high performance across environments.
 -  
Document solutions and processes in Confluence, and manage tasks in Jira.
 
Requirements:

Strong SQL expertise (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2).
 -  
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, SSIS, Python pipelines).
 -  
Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (Kimball, Data Vault).
 -  
Experience working with REST APIs and Python microservices.
 -  
Knowledge of data exchange formats (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.).
 -  
Experience with version control systems (Git).
 
Soft Skills:

Ability to work effectively in a distributed international team.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business stakeholders.

Ownership of the full development cycle — from requirements gathering to production deployment.

Strong documentation skills (Confluence, diagrams, data flow schemes).

Experience with ERP/WMS/PLM systems.

Participation in data integration projects (Finance, Logistics, HR, partner APIs).

Experience supporting reporting and BI systems.
 
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of RAG/LLM integrations for data automation and search.
