Responsibilities
- Support the organization and coordination of internal trainings and learning programs.
- Maintain and update tracking tables, attendance lists, and training databases.
- Assist with preparing learning materials, schedules, and communication to participants.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Learning & Development team.
- Help ensure smooth execution of L&D processes and suggest improvements where needed.
Requirements
- Recent university graduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and the ability to work independently.
- English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- Confident user of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel skills are a plus, but not required).
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
