Responsibilities
  • Support the organization and coordination of internal trainings and learning programs.
  • Maintain and update tracking tables, attendance lists, and training databases.
  • Assist with preparing learning materials, schedules, and communication to participants.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Learning & Development team.
  • Help ensure smooth execution of L&D processes and suggest improvements where needed.

Requirements

  • Recent university graduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to work independently.
  • English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written).
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel skills are a plus, but not required).
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
