Responsibilities

  • Act as Project Manager for the Priority Accounts program and sector initiatives, ensuring alignment with firm objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data for all priority accounts; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain and update the relationship matrix, account profiles, and pipeline information.
  • Support account and sector teams in executing business development (BD) activities related to priority accounts.
  • Organize and facilitate Account and Sector Planning Meetings, tracking progress on agreed action plans.
  • Connect and coordinate with relevant functional teams to stimulate cross-selling and collaboration across accounts and sectors.
  • Leverage firm-wide marketing and BD initiatives to identify opportunities and advise Lead Partners on relevant actions for priority accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Lead Partners and account/sector teams.
  • Provide matrix reporting to the Clients & Markets Head and Account Lead Partners, with functional reporting to the Markets team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, finance, or project management
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in financial data extraction, consolidation, and visualization (e.g., dashboards, pivot tables)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in key account or client relationship management within a professional services environment
  • Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify cross-selling and lead generation opportunities
  • Familiarity with account planning, pipeline management, and reporting tools
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
