System Administrator / Support Engineer

We are looking for a Support Engineer!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic Linux, Networking, DNS, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets, Dev Tools knowledge

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, Kubernetes, AWS, Cloudflare is a plus

• Experience with monitoring services is a plus (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Sentry)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativeness, honesty

• Good English knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support during night hours, ensuring that gambling platform is working without problems

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to PHP, JavaScript, Kubernetes and AWS

• Escalate complex problems to technical specialists when necessary

• Maintain a high level of service quality and reliability of the platform

• Offer ideas to improve existing processes or create new ones, both procedural and technological
  
  ! Working hours: You will be expected to start work around 22:00 to 6:00. During the onboarding period, which lasts approximately two weeks, working hours will be Monday to Friday, starting around 10:00.
