Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the pharmaceutical market.

Coordinate and execute marketing and trade activities with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Manage local execution of global and regional marketing initiatives.

Control marketing budget and ensure efficiency of investments.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance.
Requirements:

University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer/Trade Marketing in FMCG or Healthcare/Pharma companies.

Proven experience in coordinating trade/marketing execution and managing projects in a complex environment.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-country teams.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
