One of our clients is an international IT company is looking for a "Customer Support".
Responsibilities:
- Information support for customers of the company (calls, chats);
- Establishing and developing long-term partnership relationships;
- Detailed identification of user need;
- Handling objections and taking actions to satisfy them;
- Timely reporting.
Our ideal candidate:
- Speaks and writes English at B2 level and Malaysian at C1 level;
-  Has well-developed communication skills; 
- Understands how to handle objections or wants to learn how to do so;
- Stress-resistant;
- Literate.
- Completely remote working format;
