Our client is the International FMCG company.
Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of the marketing strategy.
-
Brand and product portfolio management.
-
ATL / BTL / Digital activities.
-
Budgeting and performance evaluation.
-
Interaction with internal and external partners.
-
Competitor and market analysis.
-
Team management (approx. 14 people).
Requirements:
-
Higher education in Marketing, Management, Advertising, PR, or related fields.
-
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
-
Strong understanding of marketing strategy principles, brand positioning, and target audience segmentation.
-
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns (both digital and offline).
-
Proficiency with modern digital marketing tools: SEO, SMM, contextual advertising, and analytics.
-
Experience with analytical systems such as Power BI, CRM systems, etc.
-
Knowledge of key performance metrics (KPI, ROI, CPL, CAC, LTV) and the ability to analyze them.
-
Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
-
Responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
-
Strong presentation skills and confident communication with management and partners.
