Responsibilities:

Corporate work. Full legal support of corporate activities of the enterprise, participation in the legislative and enforcement activities of the Society;
Preparation and coordination of civil and economic contracts, including VAT.
Preparation of legal conclusions on legal issues
Claim and litigation work
Preparation of letters, requests, business correspondence
Legal support of personnel work - development of orders, instructions, regulations, consulting on labor law
Preparation of constituent documents and others
Preparation of constituent documents
Legal expertise of documents, including orders and instructions, contracts, etc.;
Development of legal documents necessary for conducting business;
Consulting from management on legal issues;
Participation in negotiations, legal management of transactions;
Presenting in courts and other authorities, property and other interests of the Society;
Preparation of contract conclusions with suppliers, EPC contractors ,coordination of terms and delivery times;
Preparation of claims to suppliers /contractors & business partners for violation of contractual obligations, coordination with suppliers of changes in the terms of concluded contracts;
Issuance of a legal conclusion on a given range of issues received from management; Ensuring the legal registration of constituent documents;
