Responsibilities:

  • Keeping organized and up-to-date knowledge base: CVs, Credentials, Service Packs, other relevant data; being able to search and timely find requested data in global databases or internet resources
  • Assisting Project Manager with administrative tasks
  • Preparation of tender documentation, contracting.
  • Keeping track of project tasks and deadlines, meetings organization, preparation of meeting minutes;
  • Preparation of project status (Presentation);
  • Collecting sign-offs on deliverables / acts of acceptance, billing, etc.
  • Preparing and organizing timely transfer of documents to Finance department and keeping an electronic documents register.
  • Providing effective cooperation with Operations Support Centre.
  • Assisting in department events organization.
  • Providing back -up to other Department Assistants to ensure the stability and continuity of the service.
  • To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
  • Completed higher education.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (both oral and written), literate Russian and Uzbek.
  • Administrative experience from 1 year is preferable.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Power Point).
  • Telephone and business etiquette competence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Client-centered approach, result-oriented.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Readiness to follow formal Business and Business Casual dress codes.
  • Readiness to work overtimes.
