Duties

PMO Process and Documentation Support:

Maintain and enforce project documentation templates;

Gather and consolidate data for PMO and project performance reporting;

Ensure adherence to company project management standards and methodologies;

Manage access to project documentation and repositories.

Resource Administration Support:

Track and analyze resource allocation, availability, and utilization;

Generate resource management reports and support capacity planning;

Administer allocation extensions in the resource planning system;

Support partner-related reporting and participate in resource planning sessions (including meeting notes and follow-up);

Keep resource allocation data up to date in the ERP system.

PMO Knowledge Management & Training:

Organize and maintain the PMO knowledge base (templates, standards, lessons learned, best practices);

Ensure easy, relevant access to PMO resources for all project stakeholders;

Coordinate and deliver internal PMO training on standards, processes, and tools.

Requirements

Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, MS Excel

Experience with project management tools (project tracking, task tracking, time tracking)

Analytical, process oriented mindset

Personal discipline

Communication ethics
