As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline hero for our players, ensuring their experience is smooth, positive, and memorable.
What you’ll do

Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests via live chat.

Provide guidance on functional, technical, and financial inquiries.

Support users in all situations, including stressful or challenging ones.

Transform negative experiences into positive interactions, keeping clients happy.

Collaborate with other departments to improve our processes and products.

Achieve your personal and team KPIs focused on service quality.
What we’re looking for
-
Experience as a Support Manager or Customer Support Representative in iGaming/Betting is a plus.

Confident PC users eager to learn quickly are welcome—even without prior iGaming experience.

Typing speed of 220+ characters per minute is required.

Stable internet connection and a computer with at least 12 GB RAM.

Stress-resistant, client-oriented, and conflict-free communication style.

Ability to handle aggressive users professionally.

Experience in support roles in other industries is also valued.

Willingness to take a typing speed test.

Day: 09:00–21:00 (UTC+2, Kyiv)

Night: 21:00–09:00 (UTC+2, Kyiv)
