Job Purpose:
The Head of Sales Department plays a key role in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales volumes and achieve the company’s commercial goals. This position involves leading the sales team, expanding the client base, building long-term relationships with partners and customers, and ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement at all stages of interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Manage and motivate the sales team, set KPIs, and support professional development.

Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners; lead negotiations and close deals.

Work closely with marketing and other departments to coordinate campaigns and events.
 -  
Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies effectively.
 
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
 -  
3+ years of proven experience in sales management.
 -  
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
 -  
Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes and CRM systems.
