A large U.S.-based international project is hiring a Data Engineer to manage backend data workflows supporting tools like Zoom and Webex. The position is remote, offers flexible hours, and provides international collaboration experience with modern cloud technologies.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines with AWS Glue, Airflow, and Python.

• Manage large-scale data workflows using Athena, Hudi, and S3.

• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries.

• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, SNS, and SQS.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance existing data infrastructure.

• Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance.

• Implement CI/CD with GitLab.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.

• Python and SQL expertise.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Glue, S3, Athena, Lambda, SNS, SQS).

• Familiarity with Apache Airflow and Hudi.

• Understanding of ETL/ELT and distributed systems.

• Experience with GitLab pipelines.

• English: B2 level or higher.
