Qualification requirements
• University degree or higher in Law.
• Fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian and English.
• At least 5 years in the legal field.
• Knowledgeable about legal regulations, especially in civil law, corporate law, land law, housing law, real estate business law, construction law, and commercial law.
Duties
• Draft and finalize advisory products as assigned and requested by the company.
• Participate in advising and supporting departments/units in resolving cases, organizing meetings, or drafting documents for the General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors, etc., for the Units (as assigned).
• Directly send advisory products to departments/units as directed by Head of Legal Department
• Conduct legal reviews for the Units as assigned and directed to ensure that the legal activities of the units are fully implemented in compliance with the regulations of the law.
• Draft, finalize documents, and carry out administrative procedures related to business activities such as: establishing a business, changing business registration information, or monitoring and supervising the document drafting process and procedures of other department staff.
• Identify legal risks during the execution of tasks within the scope of authority.
• Report & propose handling solutions (if any).
