Responsibilities:
- Monitor legal changes and news which may have impact on company business.
- Do legal research regarding to personal data protection, marketing compliance, IP, consumer protection, E-commerce compliance and any advanced legal issues which may be distributed by the manager.
- Draft and review contracts, participate in negotiations with customers and customers.
- Independently reply to consumer complaints and manage consumer cases which shall communicate with external law firms and colleagues in business department from time to time.
- Handle all kinds of disputes during administrative and civil court cases.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required from time to time to fulfil the business needs.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degrees in law.
- Has strong legal knowledge of Kazakhstan Civil law, Commercial law, Labor law, Competition law, personal data law, cybersecurity law, consumer protection legislation.
- Min 2 years of post-qualification professional experience in a law firm or relevant corporate environment.
- Fluency in English, Russian and Kazakh.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work in an international team and develop effective working relations with colleagues.
- Proactive and self-motivated to get hands-on challenges and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in software and tools such as Microsoft Office, etc.
- Professional attitude and strong personal ethics.
- 5/2, 9:00-18:00.
