Processes incoming information from assigned departments and employees

Calculates all types of vacations in e-system, sick leave and restricted duty payments based on Sick Leave List

Checks accuracy of information entered into timesheets as per HR policies, Sick Leave Lists, etc

Inputs all necessary data for salary calculation into e-system

Checks accuracy of income tax deductions considering applicable benefits

Carries out general salary transfer, employment termination, advance payments for vacations, transfer of deducted alimony as per court order, transfer of social and income tax

Prepares and registers salary statements in e-system

Records alimony, mandatory pension payments, bank transfers

Prepares different types of documents and statements for court

Works closely with administrative assistants of assigned departments in terms of salary payment

Consults employees on all issues related to their salary

Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan
-
Higher Education (Finance, Economics and accounting)
-
Experience in this area at least 2 years (work experience in SAP is preferable
-
Knowledge of Rok Labour Code and Tax Code,
-
Experience in salary accounts comparison and tax reporting
-
Computer with MS Office package
-
Knowledge of Kazakh and Russian is must, English language is intermediate
