About the Role
As part of our expansion in Azerbaijan, we are looking for a Business Development Manager focused on promoting and growing leading cybersecurity solutions such as CrowdStrike, Cribl, and Censys.
This role is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and directly contribute to the growth of the cybersecurity sector in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the cybersecurity solution portfolio (e.g., CrowdStrike, Cribl, Censys) in the Azerbaijani market.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global vendors.
Identify and onboard new, reliable partners to promote vendor solutions.
- Analyze market needs, craft compelling value propositions, and contribute to PR strategy for partner communications.
- Coordinate directly with sales managers and vendors on product promotion and positioning.
- Deliver presentations and technical demos, participate in customer-facing events.
Support partners during pilots, pre-sales, and implementation stages.
- Obtain pre-sales and sales certifications in relevant vendor technologies.
Provide post-sales support to partners when needed.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
- Hands-on experience or a solid understanding of solutions like CrowdStrike, Cribl, and Censys is a strong advantage.
- Deep knowledge of the local cybersecurity market, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Strong strategic thinking, independence, and proactivity.
- English - minimum B2 level for effective communication with vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
