Nauchsoft, an international software development and IT consulting company, is looking for a full-time Lead Generation specialist. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing.
The main goal of this role is to design and optimize a predictable, scalable lead generation process - primarily through LinkedIn and other B2B channels - to deliver high-quality leads that can be effectively converted by the sales team into business opportunities. This position requires a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on experience in outreach automation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

- 14.00- 23.00
Requirements:

Around 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound marketing (entry-level candidates are also welcome).

Practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Waalaxy, Lemlist, Dripify, Apollo, GetSales).

Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification processes.

Strong communication and English writing skills (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting specific industries and decision-makers (C-level, VP, Directors).

Identify and segment target audiences based on ICPs and buyer personas.

Optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages to increase engagement and conversion rates.

Create, test, and refine outreach message sequences and follow-ups.

Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy (MiniCRM via Google Sheets).

Track key metrics (response rate, reply rate, conversion to SQL) and prepare regular performance reports.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead handover and maintain a consistent feedback loop.
Nice to Have:

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Apollo.io, Lusha, Clay, Phantombuster).

Basic knowledge of email marketing or cold email campaigns.

Understanding of paid promotions on LinkedIn or other social platforms.

Interest in AI-driven automation and data-driven marketing.
