Key Responsibilities:
· Full-cycle management of company sales on Yandex.Market using the 3P (Marketplace) model.
· Working in the seller’s personal account: creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory, pricing, and promotions.
· Setting up and optimizing internal advertising (TM) within the Yandex.Market account, including budget allocation and performance monitoring.
· Analyzing sales and advertising campaign effectiveness, preparing regular performance reports.
· Collaborating with Yandex.Market managers to negotiate commercial terms and participate in joint projects and promotional activities.
· Understanding Yandex.Market ranking algorithms and performing SEO optimization of product listings to drive organic traffic growth.
· Developing and executing the sales strategy for the Yandex channel, including planning and forecasting.
· Managing GTM (go-to-market) and logistical processes related to the platform.
· Conducting analysis of the mobile electronics market, tracking trends, and monitoring competitor activity.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with Yandex.Market under the 3P model (experience with the 1P model is a significant advantage).
· Proficient knowledge of the seller’s personal account, promotional tools, and analytics on Yandex.Market.
· Understanding of platform ranking principles, SEO, and organic traffic generation on Yandex.Market.
· At least 3 years of overall experience in sales or e-commerce.
· Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory for communication in our international corporate environment.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
· Knowledge of the consumer electronics market.
· Strong analytical skills: experience working with PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) reports, budget planning, and control.
· Familiarity with GTM processes.
· Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI systems).
· Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
