About the Project:
Fuel card sales in the U.S. (all sales are conducted within the United States).
Project launch: March 2024.
Part of a logistics group: The project is a division of a U.S. trucking logistics group, which is the market leader in Uzbekistan.
The company is a registered IT Park resident with offices in Tashkent (two offices), Chicago, and Orlando.
Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to strengthen the company’s risk management framework by providing accurate, data-driven insights into credit and operational risks. The Risk Analyst ensures timely identification of emerging risks, develops reliable risk metrics and models, and supports decision-making through automation and high-quality analytical reporting.
Responsibilities:

Analyze credit and operational risk indicators using internal and external data sources.

Develop and maintain risk metrics and models, including FPD, SPD, and PD.

Automate recurring reports and ensure accuracy and consistency of risk data.

Build dashboards and visual reports to support monitoring and decision-making.

Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to enhance risk processes
Requirements:

Experience working with banking or fintech datasets.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).

Understanding of credit scoring principles, risk metrics, and risk model development.

Knowledge of Basel II/III frameworks is an advantage.

Skills in data visualization (Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus).

Experience working with large datasets and storage systems (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).

Understanding of credit life-cycle processes and portfolio analytics.
