About the Project:
Fuel card sales in the U.S. (all sales are conducted within the United States).
Project launch: March 2024.
Part of a logistics group: The project is a division of a U.S. trucking logistics group, which is the market leader in Uzbekistan.
The company is a registered IT Park resident with offices in Tashkent (two offices), Chicago, and Orlando.

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this role is to strengthen the company’s risk management framework by providing accurate, data-driven insights into credit and operational risks. The Risk Analyst ensures timely identification of emerging risks, develops reliable risk metrics and models, and supports decision-making through automation and high-quality analytical reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze credit and operational risk indicators using internal and external data sources.

  • Develop and maintain risk metrics and models, including FPD, SPD, and PD.

  • Automate recurring reports and ensure accuracy and consistency of risk data.

  • Build dashboards and visual reports to support monitoring and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to enhance risk processes

Requirements:

  • Experience working with banking or fintech datasets.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).

  • Understanding of credit scoring principles, risk metrics, and risk model development.

  • Knowledge of Basel II/III frameworks is an advantage.

  • Skills in data visualization (Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus).

  • Experience working with large datasets and storage systems (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).

  • Understanding of credit life-cycle processes and portfolio analytics.
