Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses using a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications. Company owns and promotes the technology of hardware cold-wallet for digital assets with secure and simple UX in 220 countries today. Our customers enjoy setup time within 1 minute with the ultimate security level for digital assets on their wallet. Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.
Role Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for building Tangem’s outbound pipeline, sourcing qualified leads, opening new opportunities, and reactivating dormant prospects. This role requires strong research skills, structured outreach, and a proactive mindset.
The Growth Manager (Outreach & Lead Generation) will work very closely with the Business Development Managers, who will be responsible for converting and closing the opportunities generated. Your core mission is to fill the top of the funnel with high-quality targets across key verticals and regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. University Outreach & Partnerships
- Conduct outreach to universities in selected countries to organize educational lectures and workshops on crypto security and self-custody.
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions, student organizations, and fintech/crypto programs.
2. Affiliate Outreach & CPA Network Expansion
- Engage affiliates through CPA networks (e.g., Impact, Adcell) and onboard them into Tangem’s referral program.
- Source high-performing partners, initiate contact, and ensure smooth activation.
- Monitor affiliate pipelines and propose improvements for conversion.
3. Outreach to Hot Wallet & Payment Product Rating Websites
- Identify and contact websites that publish ratings and reviews of crypto wallets and payment products.
- Pitch Tangem for inclusion, negotiate placements, and maintain relationships with site owners and editors.
4. Lead Reactivation in HubSpot
- Re-engage leads stored in HubSpot through structured outreach sequences.
- Segment, prioritize, and reactivate contacts to convert them back into active sales opportunities.
5. Discovery of New B2B Target Audiences
- Research and identify new B2B segments that could benefit from Tangem hardware wallets (e.g., financial consultants, fintechs, crypto services, retail networks).
- Generate lists, qualify leads, and initiate first contact to create partnership opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in growth, lead generation, partnerships, business development, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, CRM sequences).
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing or CPA networks is a strong plus.
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Excellent research and prospecting skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and hitting growth targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3 industries.
- Background in university partnerships, academic outreach, or community programs.
- Understanding of affiliate performance models and digital marketing KPIs.
