Responsibilities:
- Supervising the cleaning & maintenance of the Hotel rooms, public areas, and all other areas designated to the Housekeeping Department in accordance with established standards
- Planning and controlling of Housekeeping day-to-day operations: cleaning carpets and furniture, windows, cleaning surfacing and polishing brass
- Building effective relationships with other departments in achieving the departmental and Hotel’s goals
- Providing trainings, coaching Housekeeping team
- Assisting Executive Housekeeper with day-to-day operations of Housekeeping Department
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in 5* international Hotel environment
- Fluent English
- University degree, ideally in Hospitality management
- Computer literate
- Organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills is a must
