VILLACARTE GROUP is a real estate and hospitality development company established in 2012. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, the VillaCarte real estate agency, the Sabai proptech project and La Green Hotel.

We are expanding our international sales team and looking for an energetic, results-driven Call Sales Manager to join the first wave of our remote sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming leads and identify their interest in purchasing or renting property
• Make outbound calls and re-engage “cold” or inactive leads
• Consult clients on current projects and company offerings
• Schedule calls and meetings for senior Sales Managers
• Maintain and update client profiles in the CRM system

What We Expect

• At least 1 year of experience in phone sales (any industry)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, client-oriented mindset
• Real estate experience is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Fully remote format with flexible communication
• Schedule: 2/2, from 10:00 to 22:00 Phuket time (negotiable)
• Work within an international, fast-paced team with room for professional growth
