Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely delivery, customs clearance, and proper documentation for spare parts, tools, equipment, and materials.

Monitor and manage logistics processes, transportation routes, and cargo movement from origin to destination.

Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents according to international regulations and Kazakhstan Customs Code.

Arrange transportation services, select carriers, and coordinate shipment schedules.

Work closely with suppliers, transport companies, MRO providers, and government authorities to ensure smooth operations.

Control the timely submission of invoices and assist with on-time payments to contractors.

Support cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with logistics and procurement procedures.

Monitor repair and return of aircraft spare parts, including leased components.

Maintain accurate records in 1C, virtual warehouse systems, and internal documentation platforms.
Requirements:

Higher education in Logistics, Economics, or Law.

Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including 3 years in aviation logistics or international cargo logistics.

Good understanding of customs regulations of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Customs Union.

Knowledge of international transportation rules (INCOTERMS 2020).

Experience working with 1C Accounting and IS ESF (virtual warehouse).

Certificates in Dangerous Goods and Human Factors are an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills when working with suppliers, transport partners, and state authorities.

English language: Intermediate or above.
