Role & Responsibilities:
- Annual purchasing data collection and analyzing
- Supplier pool management
- Commercial print and POP purchasing
- Contract check
- Negotiation with suppliers
- New suppliers searching
- RFQ/RFP conducting, tender results analyzing
- Monthly, annual reporting regarding cost saving and supplier management.
Qualifications
Education and Language:
- Bachelor's Degree, Major in Legal or Accounting is preferable
- English language advanced
Professional Skills and Experience:
- Work experience in procurement - 3~4 years
- Knowledge of main GP principles
- Experience in conducting RFQ/RFP, analyzing results of tender
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- Good communication skills (negotiation skills is an advantage)
- Understanding corporate way of living (previous work in foreign companies is an advantage)
