VILLACARTE GROUP is a real estate and hospitality development group operating since 2012. We create and manage premium projects in Phuket. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, the VillaCarte Agency, the Sabai proptech project and La Green Hotel.

We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales who can strengthen the current sales team, structure processes and drive significant growth in both volume and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the existing sales department
• Analyze and optimize sales funnels, increasing conversion rates at every stage
• Develop and implement scripts, motivation systems and KPI frameworks
• Coach and develop the team — building expertise and improving results
• Work closely with the marketing team to increase lead flow and quality
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, reporting and analytics

Requirements

• Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director in development, real estate or the premium segment
• Deep understanding of funnels, CJM, scripts, conversions and motivation models
• Strong systems thinking and leadership skills
• Demonstrated, impressive sales achievements in the multi-million range
• Ability to inspire a team and build an effective sales structure
