Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product launch and market positioning strategies, considering target audience nuances and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market research, trends, and consumer behavior to determine optimal product introduction approaches.
- Manage the development/delivery of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, product presentations, and press releases.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft effective demand generation and product promotion strategies.
- Identify key performance indicators and analyze deployment results to continually optimize approaches.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
- Manage trade marketing activities, including trade promotions, merchandising, and channel-specific marketing initiatives, to support sales and distribution goals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent spoken and written Russian and English (Intermediate +)
- Proven experience in shopper marketing, CATMAN management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Data and insights driven, capable to work with Nielsen Shopper data and transform data into clear actions
- Masterplan ownership and overall key activities/campaigns performance tracking (after-action review)
- Plan consolidated NPD approach including (set clear quarterly KPIs for FF)
- Instore branding lead in Tradition trade
