Position: Business Assistant

Reporting to: General Director

Location: Almaty

Type of work: Permanent, office-based position

Relocation from other cities: not considered

Areas of responsibility

Calendar & Travel Management

  • Scheduling and coordinating the General Director’s calendar, tasks, and meetings.
  • Planning and organizing business trips, meetings, appointments, and calls.

Project & Task Coordination

  • Supporting execution of project-related assignments.
  • Monitoring ongoing tasks and projects under the executive’s control, providing timely updates on statuses and potential issues.
  • Coordinating task progress between the Europe, Kazakhstan, and Turkey offices.

Communication & Liaison

  • Acting as a contact point with clients and partners, providing required information and documentation on behalf of the executive.
  • Managing correspondence: receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and emails; drafting and sending corporate letters and messages.

Meetings & Reporting

  • Recording meeting minutes across different levels and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Preparing presentations and compiling reports for top management.

What do we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience as an executive or business assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a multitasking environment.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a structured mindset.
  • English proficiency: C1 level.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Basic knowledge of risk management and project management.

  • Comfortable office in the city center at 15 Republic Square, Almaty
  • Work schedule 5/2: 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00, optional choice
