Currently, we are planning to open a Junior Business Analyst position to join our team in Minsk, Belarus.

About the Project

SPG OS is a comprehensive suite of tools designed to optimize key operational processes within the company from recruitment and time tracking to customer and project management. By leveraging advanced AI capabilities, including a custom chatbot, we aim to create a fully integrated ecosystem that ensures smooth and efficient operations across all departments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements;
  • Create user stories, tasks for the development team, and UI prototypes;
  • Perform final functional testing before production rollout;
  • Support the development team with clear explanations and informed decisions;
  • Visualize business concepts using diagrams;
  • Document and communicate requirements to the technical team;
  • Assist with customer support and work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis;
  • Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to identify problems, question assumptions, and support decision-making;
  • Basic understanding of project management principles;
  • Knowledge of QA basics (test cases, smoke/regression testing);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels;
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and think creatively.
