JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Planning of monthly promotions, production forecasts and other activities
  • Defining assortment, plan-o-gram and pricing KPIs per channel.
  • Supporting Sales team on in-store promotional activities (branding, sampling, extra visibility etc.) and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our trade investments.
  • Supporting Sales team with Category growth stories and Trade assets (POSM)
  • Tracking of monthly key priorities and working with regional to ensure priorities are met.
  • Identifying the key trends at brand/region/category/SKU level with forecasting short term and long term sales to meet the business objectives
  • Monitoring budget for all trade plans&activities.
  • Assisting Category Manager on Internal presentations and with analysis of sales data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Skills and knowledge MS Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good communication with clients & colleagues and presentation skills
  • Fluent English Communication Skills
  • At least 2-3 years of Field Sales and/or Trade Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management and economics from a reputable university preferably
