Role:

  • Develop and implement local HR policies in full compliance with labor legislation.
  • Manage compensation and benefits, HR controlling, including reporting automation.
  • Strengthen employer branding, drive employee engagement, and support talent retention.
  • Lead effective recruitment, performance management, and employee development processes.
  • Oversee employee relations and manage the HR team to ensure operational excellence.

Candidate:

  • Relevant experience on the position of Head of HR/HR BP in production companies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent development, retention, and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in Russian and English (B2)
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and commitment to continuous improvement.
