Role:
- Develop and implement local HR policies in full compliance with labor legislation.
- Manage compensation and benefits, HR controlling, including reporting automation.
- Strengthen employer branding, drive employee engagement, and support talent retention.
- Lead effective recruitment, performance management, and employee development processes.
- Oversee employee relations and manage the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
Candidate:
- Relevant experience on the position of Head of HR/HR BP in production companies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in recruitment, talent development, retention, and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in Russian and English (B2)
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and commitment to continuous improvement.
