Senior Data Engineer

We're partnering with an IT consulting company - a leading provider of cost-effective AI, BI, and DWH solutions with over 10 years of experience helping B2B clients scale through data-driven decision-making.
The company is currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a long-term project with a major international energy enterprise from Germany. The project focuses on building and evolving a virtual data warehouse that consolidates data from multiple source systems and applies Data Vault 2.0 principles to provide a robust foundation for financial reporting, commercial steering, campaign management, and GDPR compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in data warehousing and data architecture;
• SQL skills;
• Data Vault 2.0;
• Python;
• Snowflake, dbt (Core), Airflow;
• Azure DevOps;
• English B2+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data models;
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency;
• Extend GDPR Article 15 processes and develop data deletion procedures in Snowflake, ensuring compliance across 20+ source systems.
