As the Medical Advisor you’ll be providing scientific and clinical support and expertise to drive Abbott products.
What You’ll Do
- Educational trainings for MRs ( materials search, analysis, ppt creation, etc)
- Scientific support of Guidelines update
- KOL and Key Society interactions
- Medical information queries
- Literatures requests
- RA/MA/QA departments requests
- Promotional materials review and approval
- Congress participations, symposiums, stand-alone meetings (KOLs engagement, documents support, scientific materials creation, etc.)
- TA/Brand team participation, regional, global, cross- functional meetings
- New medical slide deck creation
- Scientific support of Publication initiated by KOLs
- Scientific presentations to HCPs
- Business Development requests
- Evidence generation (meetings with KOLs, CRO, data review, medical queries, etc.)
- Global and regional activities (meetings, requests, projects, etc.)
- Cross-functional project support (materials search and creation, KOL engagement, websites, etc )
- Scientific mailing to HCPs and KOLs (materials search, creation, distribution, follow-up)
Requirements:
- Medical or pharmaceutical, biological education
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Russian and English language- spoken intermediate/upper-Intermediate
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, excellent skills in working with medical literature, competitive information
- Strong medical writing and presentation skills, ability to present to Company Management (IB, MTC, other settings)
- Ability to work in a complex multitask and cross-cultural environment, with stakeholders all around the world
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills, team work, proactivity, intrapreneurship
